The XL Hybrid Heater Coil is the 30mm replacement coil for MiniNail's XL quartz. It wraps the bottom and the sidewalls rather than sitting under the dish, so heat reaches the whole bucket instead of just the base.

⚠️ The Coil Has to Match the Quartz

This is the 30mm coil. It will not close around 25mm quartz, and the standard 25mm coil will not reach around 30mm.

🔌 Cable and Connector

The cable runs 4 feet inside a Kevlar sheath, and it terminates in a 5-pin mini-XLR that plugs into any MiniNail controller. A Velcro strap comes with it for coiling the cable when it is put away.

⚡ 120V and 230V

The coil is built for either. 120V ships by default. If you are outside the United States and need 230V, say so in your order notes at checkout.

🧠 Pro Tips

• Seat the quartz all the way down before you power up. A coil wrapping a bucket that is sitting high heats the top of the quartz and not the bottom.
• Coil the cable loosely with the Velcro strap. Kevlar takes abrasion well, but a tight kink is still a kink.
• Unplug at the connector, not by pulling the cable. The 5-pin is the part you want lasting.
• Measure your quartz before ordering. 30mm and 25mm look closer in a photo than they do on a coil.
