Check with household members, neighbors, or your mailroom. If it does not appear within 1 to 2 business days, contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number, then reach out to support, info@themininail.com, with your name, order number, and email used in the order and we’ll help you out.
All orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Unless otherwise stated on the product page or website.
"EEEE" means that the controller box is not getting a proper reading from the heater coil. This will happen when you unplug the heater coil from the box while it is turned on.
Every MiniNail™ is covered by a 2-year warranty on BOTH the controller and the heater coil. It is worry free for the user, so if there is ever a problem, you can be certain that MiniNail­ team will be able to fix it. Warranty claims can be made by selecting the Repair button above on this page.
400º - 600ºF Degrees is the optimal temperature to use for the best combination of flavor and effect.
