You are requesting a Warranty Repair, this can only be done for MiniNail Controller and Heater Coil purchases.  To ensure your product is repaired in the quickest manor, please send both the Controller and Heater Coil.

Fill out the form as accurately and completely as possible to avoid any delays in the repair process.  Put the desired return address for the product in the address fields. Please include any additional comments about the issue that can help us reproduce the problem.

Once the Warranty Repair claim is submitted please allow up to 1 business day for the claim to be approved.  Additional instructions for returning the product will then be emailed to the address provided in the claim form.
