Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.


  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services


  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least one year of customer service experience

• Promoting and representing Mininail as the best choice in the industry
• Traveling for client meeting and industry trade-shows around the country.
• Daily cold and warm calls
• Setting up appointments/meeting with decision makers of each business
• Assisting in the execution of outside marketing to increase sales in your territory
• Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals

• Has excellent interpersonal skills suited for daily customer contact and knowledge of the industry
• Has a Bachelor's degree, or a combination of an Associate's degree and relevant experience
• Has at least one year of sales experience
• Is comfortable on the phone
