The MiniNail Travel Case is a hard shell case with pick and pull foam inside. You pluck out the squares you need and end up with a slot cut to the exact shape of your own kit.

Controller, coil, nail, dabber, caps and a rig all travel in one box, each in its own pocket, so nothing shifts and nothing knocks against glass on the way.

🧩 Pick and Pull Foam

The foam is scored into small squares. Lay your gear on top, work out the footprint, then pull the squares inside it out with your fingers. No cutting tools and no measuring.

Because you shape it yourself, the case does not go out of date when your setup changes. Add a rig or swap a nail and you pull a few more squares.

📏 Two Sizes

Large is 318 x 292 x 152mm, roughly 12.5 by 11.5 by 6 inches. Room for a full kit plus a rig.

Small is 266 x 241 x 127mm, roughly 10.5 by 9.5 by 5 inches. Sized for the controller, coil, nail and tools.

Both come in yellow or black. Measure your rig before choosing, since the rig is almost always the piece that decides the size.

🧠 Pro Tips

• Lay everything out on the closed foam first and pull nothing until the whole layout works. The squares do not go back in.
• Leave one square of foam between the rig and anything titanium. That thin wall is what stops a knock becoming a crack.
• Pull a spare pocket while you are at it. A slot for the part you buy next is free today and impossible later.
• Let the coil and nail cool fully before they go in the case. Warm quartz against foam is a mark you do not get out.
