🧠 Pro Tips

• Bring the slurper up to temperature before you expect anything from the pillar. Ruby keeps heat once it has it, but it has to get there first.
• Nothing turning? Check the cap seal first. The spin depends on the top being closed so air has to come through the slits.
• Move it with the grabber, not fingers and not a dabber. Ruby is hard and the dish it lands in is not.
• Take the pillar out before you swab, and swab while everything is still warm. Residue that cools under a pillar is the worst of it.
