MiniNail Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how MiniNail LLC (“MiniNail”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from themininail.com (the “Site”).
SECTION 1 – INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide. When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, payment information (processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers), and date of birth where required for age verification. When you contact customer service, file a warranty or shipping claim, leave a product review, or sign up for email marketing, we collect the information you submit.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we automatically receive certain information about your device, including your IP address, browser, operating system, time zone, and information about the pages you view and how you interact with the Site, collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
SECTION 2 – HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to: fulfill orders and process payments, returns, exchanges, warranty service, and Shipping Protection claims; verify your age as required by law; communicate with you about your orders; screen orders for fraud and risk; comply with legal obligations, including age-verification and tax requirements; and, where you have opted in, send you marketing by email. We use browsing data to improve the Site, understand how customers use it, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
SECTION 3 – CONSENT AND MARKETING
When you provide personal information to complete a transaction, verify your payment, place an order, arrange a delivery, or return a purchase, we use it for that purpose. Marketing email is opt-in and voluntary: your consent is never a condition of purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. To withdraw other consent, contact us at info@themininail.com or by mail at MiniNail LLC, 22027 70th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032.
SECTION 4 – SHARING WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS
We share your personal information with service providers that help us operate our business, only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services for us:

These providers may be located in jurisdictions other than yours, and your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We may also disclose your personal information if required by law, subpoena, or other lawful request, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.
SECTION 5 – COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your session and preferences (including your Shipping Protection selection), measure site traffic, and support advertising and analytics. Essential cookies (such as those operated by Shopify to run the cart and checkout) are required for the Site to function. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working. Most browsers also offer “Do Not Track”; because there is no common standard, the Site does not currently change its behavior in response to such signals.
SECTION 6 – YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, receive a portable copy, or opt out of certain uses. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, and Virginia) may exercise the rights provided by those laws, and Washington residents may have additional rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act with respect to any information that constitutes consumer health data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@themininail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”, or write to MiniNail LLC, [Re: Privacy Compliance Officer], 22027 70th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
SECTION 7 – DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
When you place an order, we retain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it, except where we must keep it to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or warranty obligations. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Payment transactions are encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and handled in accordance with PCI-DSS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
When you click links on our store, they may direct you away from our Site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements. Once you leave our Site or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service.
SECTION 10 – CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and note here that it has been updated. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
